At Ahround Travel and Tours, we prioritize your privacy and pledge to keep all the information you provide confidential. We collect personal information solely for billing purposes, service fulfillment, and to offer a personalized experience. Your information will not be shared with external parties.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel during the rental period or fail to show up, you will be charged the full rental amount.
Refund and Finance
The renter is responsible for all charges.
Unconsumed
No refunds will be provided for unconsumed rental services.
Car Rental Requirements
Requirements for car rental must be presented on the rental date. Failure to provide required documents will result in forfeiture of your reservation. Additional identification may be requested for security purposes.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Two Valid Government Issued IDs (for Philippine Residents) or Passport (for Foreign Residents) with an arrival stamp not exceeding 90 days.
- Full rental payment in cash upon delivery or pick-up. If you prefer to pay via credit card or PayPal, payment must be made before the rental date.
- PHP 5,000 Security Deposit. This deposit is collected at the time of car pickup and will be refunded in full if no damages are reported.
Authorized Drivers
The renter must be a licensed and competent driver. The company reserves the right to deny rental if the renter’s license is suspended, revoked, or expired. Only the renter, their spouse, or an authorized employee of the renter’s corporate account may drive the vehicle, with prior permission from the renter. Any additional drivers must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driving license.
Rental Extension / Excess Hours
An additional charge of PHP 300 per extra hour applies. For rentals extending 6 hours or more, the daily rate will be charged.
Delay of Return
Returning the vehicle late without prior notice will result in the company reporting it as missing to the authorities.
Other Charges
- FLAT TIRES/TRAFFIC FINES: Charged to the renter.
- LOST/DAMAGED KEYS: PHP 300 fine.
- CAR WASH AND FUEL: Renter’s responsibility or PHP 300 for car wash.
- DAMAGED PARTS: Renter must settle the payment immediately.
- TOWING FEE: The renter is liable for towing charges if involved in an accident.
Other Reminders
- Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Items with unpleasant odors and pets are not allowed inside. A PHP 1,000 charge applies for violations.
- Hatchback and sedan vehicles are not permitted on rough roads.
- The vehicle must be used for lawful purposes only. The company is not responsible for unlawful use or damages due to force majeure; such damages are the renter’s responsibility.
- Rental routes are restricted to within the province. For travel outside the region, company permission is required.
- A delivery fee applies and will be determined based on delivery location.
- The company is not liable for any loss or damage to property left in or on the vehicle during or after the rental period.
